The technology enables to form coatings on structures, products and parts from metal, plastic, concrete, ceramics, glass, and wood.
Coating for products and constructions of all sizes and shapes.
Coating resistance from 5 to 25 years
Resistance of the coating formed depending on the coating thickness is from 5 years (30-60 µm) to 25 years (150-200 µm). Thickness of the coating applied is from 30 µm to 2,000 µm.
THE RECOMMENDED LAYER OF THE COATING APPLIED is from 50 µm to 200 µm.
Mobility and independence
Mobility and full independence of the installation allow performing work in the field, on the Customer’s territory, at the construction site, without the equipment dismantling, without connection to external power sources (electric power, compressed air), at heights up to 30 meters.

SURFACE PREPARATION /MODIFICATION BEFORE FINISHING
Cleaning any solid surfaces (metal, concrete, glass, wood, plastic, stone, plywood, chipboard and high density fiberboard, ceramics, composites) from corrosion, scale, soot, oxide films, stiffened and non-stiffened oil derivatives, old multilayer lacquer coatings, organic inclusions, and other contamination. The surface cleaning and preparation quality is higher than the Sa-3 requirements under ISO8501.
APPLICATION OF ANTICORROSION COATINGS
Coating with powder metal and composite coatings (zinc, aluminum, lead, tin, titanium, copper, nickel, cobalt, Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), fluoroplastic, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyester, etc.) on the pre-treated surface.
POWDER PAINTING
Finishing powder painting, without the application as the part of thermal chambers technological complex for powder coating flowing.
