About the technology

 

The technology is designed for forming anticorrosion metal and composite coatings wit special features on surfaces of different products and structures:

  • Anticorrosion resistance
  • Acid and alkali resistance

The technology destination

 

  • Cleaning any surfaces from corrosion products, salt deposits, oxide films previously deposited lacquer coatings, oil products, and other contamination to the Sa-3 level according to ISO8501
  • Attribution of the set roughness to the surface
  • Application of powder metal coatings: copper, zinc, tin, lead, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel, cobalt, together with polymer coats (PE, PE foam, PETF, PUR, UHMWPE), powdered colors, tailored composite coatings
  • Surface modification, crack and corrosion spot healing, micro leakage sealing, size restoration
  • The technology allows forming coatings on load-bearing metal frames, tanks and vessels, reactor and column equipment, products and parts from metal, plastic, concrete, ceramics, glass, and wood.
  • Application of current-conducting coatings is possible

 

 

The technology advantages

 

  • Coating on products and structures of any size and shape
  • Absence of through pores, minimal content of oxides on the formed coating
  • Absence of the interoperation technology exposure in the technical finishing process
  • Formation of coatings is carried out in the open air and does not require the creation of special environments. The permissible temperature range for the technical finishing process is from  -20 С° to + 40 С°. Increased humidity, rain, snow are not limiting factors
  • Surface preparation and coating are performed by one unit
  • Ejection feed of expendable materials
  • The special launch system provides the unit guaranteed launch and operation at low temperatures
  • Mobility and full independence of the installation enables to perform work in the field, on the Customer’s territory, at the construction site, without the equipment dismantling, without connection to external power sources (electric power, compressed air), at heights up to 30 meters
  • Resistance of the coating formed depending on the coating thickness is from 5 years (30-60 µm) to 25 years (150-200 µm)
  • Thickness of the coating applied is from 30 µm to 2,000 µm
  • THE RECOMMENDED LAYER OF THE COATING APPLIED is from 50 µm to 200 µm
